    Look, this isn't going to be your go-to if you're on a designer diet and it's not going to win any awards for modern style, but if you want great, hearty food from some really nice, hard-working folks at a fair price, this is your spot. So many items to choose from but I have to say that their hamburger is the best around. Daily soup options are delicious as well. They have some amazing looking breakfast specials and I'd regularly eat breakfast here if it was my home neighborhood. Pro tip: make sure to look at the daily specials before settling on your order as they have some really good ones.

    This is our favorite Saturday morning breakfast place. The coffee is good the selection of breakfast food is broad and the portions are satisfying. The staff is friendly the service is quick and efficient. After a delicious healthy and filling breakfast at this diner, you can cross the street to the Newark museum, or go around the corner to shop at Whole Foods or take a short walk to the campus of the New Jersey Institute of Technology or take a wonderful drive through the nearby park to see the beautiful cherry blossoms. Lots to do after a great affordable breakfast at Central Restaurant.

    food is tasty and just the right about knna plate for a good price and place is pretty clean I pwuld recommend coming to check it out alone or with the family
